Orlando Airport Transfers for UK Travellers
Nine hours in the air, a queue at passport control, then a sea of signs in an unfamiliar terminal. Our private Orlando airport transfers take the last stress out of the journey: a chauffeur waiting after customs with your name on a board, a black vehicle with room for every case, and a fixed price in US dollars.
- Free car seats
- Transparent pricing
- Seats up to 14
Met after customs, not at a kerb
Your chauffeur holds a name board at the customs exit doors, takes the heavy cases and walks you straight to the vehicle. No shuttle desk, no hire car queue, no standing in the Florida heat working out which lane is yours.
One fixed price in dollars
The quote is per vehicle, not per head, and it is the same on a bank holiday weekend as on a wet Tuesday. Tolls, meet and greet and child seats are included, so there is nothing to add at the end of the ride.
Return journey on the same booking
Most of our British guests book the return on the same quote. A fortnight later the same standard of car collects you from the villa or resort, timed to your evening departure with the airline's check in advice in mind.
Landing in Orlando after a long haul flight
Most UK departures leave late morning and touch down at Orlando International (MCO) in the mid afternoon, Florida time, which is early evening on your body clock. By the time you have cleared passport control, collected the cases from the carousel inside the customs hall and walked through the one way doors into the arrivals area, the children are tired and so are you. This is the moment a prebooked private transfer earns its keep.
Your chauffeur has been tracking the flight number since take off. They know your aircraft has landed, they know roughly how long the immigration queue is running, and they are standing in the public arrivals area with an Ultimate Town Car board when you appear. The cases go in the boot, the air conditioning is already cold, and the first thing you see of Florida is the view from a leather seat rather than a car park.
If you are travelling with a buggy, golf clubs or a child's bike, say so when you book. Oversize items come off at a separate door inside customs at MCO, and we will have chosen a vehicle with the boot space to match.
Direct flights from London, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh
Orlando is the best served Florida airport from the UK by a long way. Virgin Atlantic flies twice daily from London Heathrow, around ten times a week from Manchester, and seasonally from Edinburgh between April and the end of October. British Airways operates from Gatwick and has added Heathrow departures, and Norse Atlantic flies from Gatwick as well. TUI's Florida programme departs from Manchester, Gatwick, Glasgow, Newcastle and Belfast, and some TUI services land at Melbourne Orlando International rather than at MCO, so check which airport is printed on your ticket.
Our Orlando airport transfers cover all three: we collect at MCO, at Orlando Sanford (SFB) and at Melbourne Orlando (MLB). Tell us the flight number and we work out the terminal and the exit. Airlines move between terminals at MCO from season to season, so your chauffeur confirms the meeting point on the day rather than relying on what a forum said last summer.
Flights home leave in the evening, which gives you a last full day at the parks or the pool before the return transfer, and we time the collection accordingly.

Villas in Kissimmee, Davenport and ChampionsGate
British families favour the villa communities south west of the parks: Kissimmee, Davenport, ChampionsGate, Reunion, Windsor Hills, Solterra and the newer developments along Highway 27. They are superb value for a fortnight with a private pool, but they are not close to the airport, the roads are unfamiliar, and the villa itself is often inside a gated community with a code at the barrier.
Our chauffeurs drive these routes every day. Give us the villa address and the gate code from your welcome pack and we take you to the door, help unload, and leave you to find the pool. Because the price is per vehicle, a family of six in a Chevrolet Suburban pays one fare, with up to three child seats included; two families sharing a villa book a Mercedes Sprinter and arrive together with fourteen cases. Many of our villa guests also organise a chauffeured day into Disney or a run to the outlets during the holiday, which you can book by the hour. See MCO to Reunion Resort for a typical villa community journey.
MCO to Walt Disney World
Every Disney resort and holiday home, direct from the terminal, with child seats fitted and the cases handled for you.
Universal Orlando transfers
Airport to the Universal hotels and back, plus park days by the hour so nobody has to drive or park.
MCO to Port Canaveral
Door to terminal for every sailing, permitted at the port, with vans for groups who want to travel together.
Disney and Universal hotels
If you are staying on property at Walt Disney World, remember that Disney no longer runs a free airport coach, so the ride from MCO is yours to organise. We drive to every Disney resort, from the value resorts to the Grand Floridian, and we know the porte cochere at each one. For Universal's hotels the drive is shorter and we drop at the lobby. Either way your chauffeur handles the cases while you check in.
Families with children under six should know that Florida law requires a federally approved child restraint for children aged five and under, with a booster permitted at four and five. UK rules are different, so do not assume your airline seat belt advice applies on the road. We fit infant, toddler and booster seats free before pickup; tell us the ages when you book and they are installed and checked before the chauffeur leaves. Our Disney transfers with child seats page covers the details.

Pricing in dollars, your return and a cruise add on
Orlando airport transfers are quoted in US dollars as one fare per vehicle, confirmed before you fly, with no surge pricing on busy arrival nights and no meter. Pay by card at booking so the exchange rate is fixed on your statement, and tip the chauffeur in cash if you wish; 15 to 20 percent is customary in the United States but never compulsory.
Book the return at the same time and we time the collection for your evening departure, allowing for the airline's check in window and traffic on Interstate 4. If your flight time changes, message dispatch and we move the pickup. Nothing is charged for the change.
More and more British holidays pair a week at the parks with a Caribbean cruise from Port Canaveral. We are permitted at the port and run door to terminal journeys from any villa or resort, with a Ford Transit van for ten passengers and ten cases when the whole party sails together. Reserve online, ring 001 407 844 3580 from the UK, or message dispatch on WhatsApp at any hour.
Frequently Asked Questions
Still deciding? Call or text dispatch any time, or send the quote form and a real person replies within minutes.
Get instant quoteWhere exactly do we find the chauffeur at MCO?
At the exit doors from customs into the public arrivals area, holding a board with your name. Your confirmation names the chauffeur and the vehicle. If you cannot see them, ring or WhatsApp dispatch rather than walking off; we connect you in a minute. Terminals A, B and C are all covered.
Is a private transfer better value than hiring a car for the fortnight?
For many families, yes. A hire car means insurance, fuel, parking charges at the parks and resorts, and tired driving on the wrong side of the road after a long flight. A transfer each way plus a chauffeured day trip or two often costs less, and nobody has to navigate.
Do you supply booster seats, and are they legal in Florida?
Yes. Florida requires children aged five and under to ride in a federally approved restraint, and four and five year olds may use a booster. We fit infant, toddler and booster seats free, before pickup. Give us the children's ages and weights when you book so the right seats are installed.
Can you take us from the villa to Port Canaveral for a cruise?
Yes. We are permitted at the port and run door to terminal journeys from Kissimmee, Davenport, ChampionsGate and all the resorts, timed for your ship's boarding window. Groups of ten travel together in the Ford Transit, and fourteen in the Sprinter, with a case per seat.
What if our flight is delayed or lands early?
Nothing changes for you. We track the flight and adjust the pickup; there is no waiting charge for airline or immigration delays. If you land early the chauffeur is already there. For the return we watch your outbound flight too and move the collection if the airline changes it.
How do we pay, and is the price really fixed?
You pay by card when you book, in US dollars, and the fare is per vehicle and fixed. Tolls, meet and greet and child seats are included. Gratuity is optional. You receive a receipt by email for your records, which is handy if the holiday is being split between two families.
Fix your transfer before you fly
Send us your flight number, the villa or resort address and the ages of the children, and we will quote one fixed fare in US dollars for arrival and return. Book online in under a minute or message dispatch on WhatsApp any time, day or night.

Our driver, Nil was prompt even though our flight was delayed. She kept in contact with me right up to meeting us at baggage claim. She got us to the resort safely.
Had a large group for my wedding and they were able to provide a smooth service to and from Port Canaveral. The bus was super clean. They even loaded all 30+ suitcases.
Not only were the drivers friendly and made sure to communicate with us, but they were very patient with a one and five year old.
