Very efficient and professional team. Had a large group for my wedding and they were able to provide a smooth service to and from Port Canaveral. Payment process is slightly outdated but not a huge issue. We rented a coach bus - the bus was super clean, had working ac and the drivers drove safely. They even loaded all 30+ suitcases. Highly recommend and would purchase their services again should I need them. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Orlando Ultimate Town Car limo service for our pick up at MCO to our Disney Resort for our family vacation. Our driver, Nil was prompt even though our flight was delayed. She kept in contact with me right up to meeting us at baggage claim. She was very pleasant and professional. She got us to the resort safely. It was an overall great experience and we will be using this limo service again. Nil was so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend them. 💯 percent!

We have been trying to find the ‘right’ livery service for our family vacations here in Orlando. Orlando Ultimate Town Car is by far, the best! Always on time, clean vehicles, and of course, the best drivers. This trip Emilio picked us up from the airport and Luis drove us back (only to find out later our flight was canceled, ugh)! I can’t recommend this company enough! My best friend and I flew to Orlando for her bachelorette weekend and I booked a car to pick us up from the airport. Renato was absolutely amazing, he carried our bags all the way to the car! Then he waited patiently for us at the grocery store while we shopped. He was extremely helpful and very nice. Later that night I had another vehicle pick us up for dinner, Jeffrey was our driver and he was also incredible. Seriously, they made the process so easy and special. 10/10 recommend and if I travel to Orlando again I will 1000% use this companies services. Thank you so much!

My daughter and i had such a great experience. The car was on time and the ride to the airport from Disney was easy. The driver was helpful and attentive to our needs. The car was clean, roomy, and was at a comfortable temperature. The communication was top notch. We were sent an email telling us our car was on the way to pick us up, the driver followed up a day later with an email asking about our experience, and the company again followed up to see how everything went. I will definitely being using this company again for our future transportation needs in Florida.

Friendly, personal service. Quick to respond and keeps you informed when driver is on the way, and when they are there to pick you up. Renato was a great driver, friendly and informative. When we arrived in Orlando water and hand sanitizer was waiting for us in the car. Which was a nice touch since it was very hot outside! I will be using this service again when in Orlando.

Great transport service. We used Orlando Ultimate Town Car to get the six members of our party from the airport to the Disney resort area. Great communication before pick-up. Our plane landed early but sat waiting for awhile for a gate to open and our driver, Theo, was patient and pleasant despite the airline delay. Comfortable, clean car, plenty big enough for all of us and our luggage. Highly recommend!

I hired this company to pick up my 14 year old from the airport in Orlando and drive him to Palm Bay an hour away. I was so very nervous. But they blew me away. Not only did the driver show up early way early. But he called and talked my son with directions the entire way to get him outside. The driver didn't complain or rush him. He guided him and was kind.
