Orlando Airport Car Service for Canadian Visitors
Canadians are Orlando's largest international market, and we drive a lot of you. From the first winter escape in November to the March break rush, our Orlando airport car service meets your flight with a sign, an air conditioned vehicle sized for the family and the hockey bags, and one flat price in US dollars.
- Free car seats
- Transparent pricing
- Seats up to 14
Met right at baggage claim
Flights from Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary clear US customs before departure, so you arrive at MCO like a domestic passenger. Your chauffeur meets you at the carousel with a sign showing your name and takes the bags from there.
Flat rate in US dollars
One price per vehicle, agreed when you book, charged in USD with no surge on March break weekends. Pay by card and let your bank handle the conversion, or use a US dollar card if you keep one for Florida trips.
Child seats, free and installed
Infant, toddler and booster seats are installed before pickup and checked by the chauffeur. Leave yours at home and save the airline baggage fee; just tell us the ages of the children when you book the ride.
Sprinter vans for the whole group
Three generations, two families or a minor hockey team: the Sprinter seats fourteen with fourteen bags and the Ford Transit ten. Everyone rides together to the resort instead of caravanning in two rental cars.
Return trip on the same booking
Reserve the ride back to the airport at the same time and we time it to your departure. Change the flight and we move the pickup; there is no penalty for an airline schedule change or a longer stay.
24/7 dispatch, English and Spanish
Flights from Canada land early in the morning and late in the evening. Dispatch is awake for all of them, by phone, text or WhatsApp, and answers in English or Spanish whenever you call.
Flying south from Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary
Air Canada and WestJet serve Orlando from Canada's major cities, Porter flies up to twice daily from Toronto Pearson and Ottawa and seasonally from Halifax, and charter and leisure carriers fill in over the winter. Schedules shift every season, and WestJet has trimmed some western routes, so a Vancouver or Calgary departure may connect through Toronto or Calgary. Whatever the routing, give us the final flight number into Orlando and we track that one.
Because Canada's eight largest airports host US preclearance, you clear American immigration and customs before boarding. On landing at MCO you walk straight to the regular baggage claim, which is where your chauffeur is waiting with an Ultimate Town Car sign. There is no second customs hall and no exit door to find. It is one of the easiest international arrivals anywhere, and it is why Canadians are often in the car before the last suitcase reaches the belt.
Some lower cost and seasonal flights use Orlando Sanford (SFB), north of the city. We meet those with the same service; just tell us the airport code. Our airport transportation page covers both airports in detail.

Snowbirds in winter, families at March break
Two kinds of Canadians fly to Orlando. Snowbirds arrive from November and stay for weeks or months in Kissimmee, Davenport, Celebration, Lake Nona and the golf communities around Reunion, often with more luggage than a vacationer: golf clubs, a second wardrobe, the dog's crate. A Cadillac Escalade or Suburban takes all of it in one trip, and because this is a private car rather than a shuttle, the chauffeur carries it to the door of the condo or villa.
March break and the Christmas holidays bring the families. Flights from Toronto and Montreal fill with kids in Leafs and Canadiens jerseys heading for Disney and Universal, and the arrival halls are busy. A reserved vehicle waiting at the carousel beats a rental counter line of forty people every time, and the child seats are already installed. We also run plenty of Canadians to the cruise ships at Port Canaveral, where many sailings depart the same weekend March break begins.
For a visit to the parks without a rental car, book a ride each way and a chauffeured day or two in between; see our theme park transportation options for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and LEGOLAND.
Paying in US dollars without surprises
Our Orlando airport car service is quoted and charged in US dollars as one flat fare per vehicle. There is no surge pricing when three Toronto flights land within an hour, no meter in Interstate 4 traffic, and no per person charge for the kids. Tolls, fuel, meet and greet and child seats are included; a gratuity is always at your discretion. Pay by card when you book and the amount posts to your statement once, converted at your bank's rate, or use a USD card if you keep one for Florida. A receipt is emailed for your records.
Compare that with a rideshare after a long travel day: the price is set when you request it, climbs with demand, and the car that shows up may not take a family of five with a stroller and a cooler. For a group, two or three rideshares quickly cost more than one Suburban, and the Suburban gets everyone there at the same time.
MCO to Walt Disney World
Direct from the carousel to every Disney resort and vacation home, child seats installed, bags handled.
Universal Orlando transfers
Airport to the Universal hotels and back, plus park days by the hour so nobody drives or parks.
Hotel and resort transfers
International Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Celebration and downtown hotels, all with meet and greet and a fixed fare.
Groups in Sprinter vans and the ride home
Canadian families tend to travel in numbers: grandparents, cousins and friends sharing a villa, or a minor hockey team at a Disney tournament. The Mercedes Sprinter seats fourteen in individual leather chairs with stand up headroom and a rear compartment for fourteen bags; the Ford Transit takes ten with ten bags. One vehicle, one price, and nobody is left waiting at the curb for the second car.
Book the return when you book the arrival. We confirm the pickup time against your departure, adjust it if the airline changes the schedule, and watch traffic on the day. There is no US exit control, so you only need the airline's standard check in time at MCO. Snowbirds heading home in April can book months ahead and lock the price in dollars before the exchange rate moves.
If you are driving down instead and only need rides around town, the same chauffeurs cover dinner runs, park days and Port Canaveral by the hour. Ask dispatch for an Orlando airport car service quote and an hourly quote together and compare.

Frequently Asked Questions
Still deciding? Call or text dispatch any time, or send the quote form and a real person replies within minutes.
Get instant quoteDo Canadians go through customs when they land in Orlando?
Not if your flight left from an airport with US preclearance, which includes Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Halifax. You cleared it before boarding, so at MCO you go straight to baggage claim, where your chauffeur is waiting with a sign.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
Fares are quoted and charged in American dollars, as a flat rate per vehicle. Pay by card and your bank converts at its own rate, or use a USD account if you have one. The price is fixed at booking, so you know the Canadian cost before you leave home.
Should I bring my own car seats from Canada?
You do not need to. We install infant, toddler and booster seats free, before pickup, and they meet US federal standards as Florida law requires for children five and under. Leave yours at home and skip the airline baggage fee and the hassle at the carousel.
How many people fit in one vehicle?
Three in a Cadillac XTS sedan, five in the Escalade, six with six bags in the Suburban, ten in the Ford Transit van and fourteen in the Mercedes Sprinter. Count bags as well as people; golf clubs, strollers and hockey bags take space, so tell us about them.
Can you take us to Port Canaveral for a cruise after a few days at Disney?
Yes. We are permitted at the port and run door to terminal rides from any resort or villa, timed to your boarding window, and back to MCO when you disembark. Many Canadian guests combine a week at the parks with a Caribbean sailing and book all three rides at once.
Lock in your Orlando ride before the snow flies
Send your flight number, the number of passengers and bags, and the ages of any children. We quote one flat fare in US dollars for arrival and return, and dispatch confirms by text or WhatsApp. Book online in a minute.

Our driver, Nil was prompt even though our flight was delayed. She kept in contact with me right up to meeting us at baggage claim. She got us to the resort safely.
Had a large group for my wedding and they were able to provide a smooth service to and from Port Canaveral. The bus was super clean. They even loaded all 30+ suitcases.
Not only were the drivers friendly and made sure to communicate with us, but they were very patient with a one and five year old.
