Orlando Airport Transfer for Brazilian Travelers
Brazil sends more than 700,000 visitors to Orlando a year, and many of them come as a full family: parents, grandparents, cousins and a lot of suitcases that go home heavier than they arrived. Our private Orlando airport transfer handles all of that with one vehicle, one chauffeur holding a sign with your name, and one price in US dollars.
- Free car seats
- Transparent pricing
- Seats up to 14
A sign with your name after customs
International arrivals collect bags inside the customs hall at MCO, so your chauffeur waits just outside the exit doors holding a sign. Walk through, hand over the bags, and go straight to the vehicle with the air conditioning running.
Vehicles for large families
Six in a Chevrolet Suburban, ten in a Ford Transit, fourteen in a Mercedes Sprinter, each with a bag per seat. Grandparents, kids and shopping all ride together instead of being split across three taxis.
Flat price in dollars, dispatch in Spanish
The fare is per vehicle and fixed at booking, with no surge. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day in English and Spanish, by phone, text or WhatsApp, which many of our Brazilian guests find easier than English.
Flights from São Paulo, Campinas, Brasília and Rio
Brazil is Orlando's third largest international market after Canada and the United Kingdom, with about 736,000 visitors in 2025, and the flight schedules show it. LATAM operates nonstop service from São Paulo Guarulhos, Azul flies from Campinas Viracopos and has been adding frequencies, and GOL serves Orlando nonstop from Brasília and announced a four times weekly Rio de Janeiro service for 2026. However you come, it is roughly nine hours in the air.
Whichever airline you choose, you clear US immigration and customs at MCO. Have passports and visas ready; the queue depends on how many wide body aircraft land together. You collect every checked bag inside the customs hall, including oversize items, and then walk through the one way doors into the public arrivals area. That is where you will see the Ultimate Town Car sign. Your chauffeur knows which terminal your airline uses and which doors international passengers come through, so you do not need to.
If anyone in the family is slow coming through, do not worry about the car. We track the flight, not the clock, and there is no waiting charge for immigration lines or a late suitcase.

Room for the whole family and every suitcase
Brazilian families rarely travel light or small. Three generations sharing a Kissimmee villa or two rooms at a Disney resort, plus the empty suitcases packed inside other suitcases for the shopping, do not fit in a sedan or a rideshare. Our fleet is built for that. The Chevrolet Suburban carries six passengers with six full size bags and up to three child seats. The Ford Transit carries ten with ten bags. The Mercedes Sprinter carries fourteen in individual leather seats with stand up headroom and a rear compartment for fourteen bags.
Because the fare is per vehicle, a group of twelve pays one price, not twelve. Everyone arrives together, the chauffeur unloads at the door, and nobody waits in the heat for the second car. For a couple or a business traveler the Cadillac XTS sedan is the quiet option.
Children aged five and under must ride in a federally approved child restraint under Florida law, with a booster seat allowed at four and five. Ours are free and installed before pickup. Tell us the ages when you book.
Disney, Universal and the resorts
The parks are the reason most families come. We drive from the airport to every Walt Disney World resort, to the Universal hotels, to SeaWorld and to the vacation homes of Kissimmee, Davenport and Lake Buena Vista, and the chauffeur knows the entrance to each one. Book the Orlando airport transfer for arrival and add a few park days by the hour if you would rather not rent a car; a chauffeur who knows the parking situation at Magic Kingdom on a Saturday is worth every dollar.
Universal's hotels are closer to the airport and to International Drive, where many of our Brazilian guests stay for the restaurants and the shopping. If the group is split between two hotels, we can drop at both; tell us when you book so the quote is right. For a Caribbean cruise after the parks, we are permitted at Port Canaveral and run door to terminal rides from any resort.

Shopping trips to the outlets and the Florida Mall
Orlando shopping is part of the trip for most Brazilian visitors, and the arithmetic of a chauffeured run usually works out. Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets sits beside the Disney area, Orlando International Premium Outlets is at the top of International Drive, and the Florida Mall is a short drive from the airport. Book a vehicle by the hour and the chauffeur waits while you shop, keeps the bags secure in the back, and moves you between the outlets and the mall without a parking hunt or a rideshare that cannot fit the boxes.
On departure day the luggage is heavier and there is more of it. Tell us the new bag count when you confirm the return and we send a vehicle with the space to match, often a Suburban in place of the sedan you arrived in, so nothing rides on a lap on the way to the airport.
MCO to Walt Disney World
Direct from the terminal to every Disney resort and vacation home, child seats installed, bags handled.
Universal Orlando transfers
Airport to the Universal hotels and International Drive, plus park days by the hour.
MCO to Port Canaveral
Door to terminal for every sailing, permitted at the port, with vans so the whole group travels together.
Flat rates, flight tracking and the ride back
Every Orlando airport transfer is quoted in US dollars, per vehicle, before you travel, and includes tolls, meet and greet and child seats. Pay by card when you reserve; there is no need to carry dollars for the ride, though a tip of 15 to 20 percent is customary in the United States and appreciated. We track your flight from departure, so a delay leaving Guarulhos or a long immigration line costs you nothing extra.
For the return we collect from the resort or villa with time for international check in and the airline's bag drop, and we watch your outbound flight in case it changes. Dispatch is available 24 hours a day on WhatsApp, text or phone in English and Spanish. We do not have Portuguese speaking staff, so if English is difficult for the group, Spanish is usually the easiest way to talk to us, and written WhatsApp messages translate well in either direction.
Frequently Asked Questions
Still deciding? Call or text dispatch any time, or send the quote form and a real person replies within minutes.
Get instant quoteWhere does the chauffeur wait for an international arrival at MCO?
Outside the customs exit doors, on the public side, holding an Ultimate Town Car sign. Only passengers can enter the international baggage claim, so you collect the bags, clear customs and walk through. If you do not see the sign, message dispatch on WhatsApp before you walk anywhere.
Do you speak Portuguese?
Our dispatch team speaks English and Spanish, not Portuguese. Most Brazilian guests book in English online and message us in Spanish or English on WhatsApp, and that works well. The booking form, confirmation and receipt are in English, and the chauffeur's name and vehicle are in the confirmation.
How many suitcases fit?
Plan one large bag per seat: six in the Suburban, ten in the Ford Transit, fourteen in the Sprinter. Carry on bags ride at your feet. If you are coming home from the outlets with more than you arrived with, tell us the new count and we send a larger vehicle.
Can we book a shopping day as well as the airport ride?
Yes. Hourly service covers Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, Orlando International Premium Outlets, the Florida Mall and the Mall at Millenia, with the chauffeur waiting and the bags locked in the vehicle between stops. Ask dispatch to add it to your airport booking.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, in US dollars, fixed when you book. A family of six pays one Suburban fare whether two people ride or six. Tolls, meet and greet and child seats are included; gratuity is optional and can be added at booking or given in cash.
Do you also go to Port Canaveral for cruises?
Yes. We are permitted at the port and drive door to terminal from any Orlando resort or villa, and from MCO directly. Groups sailing together usually book the Ford Transit or the Sprinter so the whole party and the luggage travel in one vehicle.
Reserve the vehicle before you leave Brazil
Tell us the flight number, how many are traveling and how many bags, and we will quote one fixed price in US dollars for arrival and return. Book online or message dispatch on WhatsApp, 24 hours a day, in English or Spanish.

Our driver, Nil was prompt even though our flight was delayed. She kept in contact with me right up to meeting us at baggage claim. She got us to the resort safely.
Had a large group for my wedding and they were able to provide a smooth service to and from Port Canaveral. The bus was super clean. They even loaded all 30+ suitcases.
Not only were the drivers friendly and made sure to communicate with us, but they were very patient with a one and five year old.
