We have been trying to find the ‘right’ livery service for our family vacations here in Orlando. Orlando Ultimate Town Car is by far, the best! Always on time, clean vehicles, and of course, the best drivers. This trip Emilio picked us up from the airport and Luis drove us back (only to find out later our flight was canceled, ugh)! I reached back out to them again and they made arrangements to help us. We will always use this livery service from here on out. Clean vehicles, courteous and polite drivers. The best!

I can’t recommend this company enough! My best friend and I flew to Orlando for her bachelorette weekend and I booked a car to pick us up from the airport. Renato was absolutely amazing, he carried our bags all the way to the car! Then he waited patiently for us at the grocery store while we shopped. He was extremely helpful and very nice. Later that night I had another vehicle pick us up for dinner, Jeffrey was our driver and he was also incredible. Seriously, they made the process so easy and special. 10/10 recommend and if I travel to Orlando again I will 1000% use this companies services. Thank you so much!

My daughter and i had such a great experience. The car was on time and the ride to the airport from Disney was easy. The driver was helpful and attentive to our needs. The car was clean, roomy, and was at a comfortable temperature. The communication was top notch. We were sent an email telling us our car was on the way to pick us up, the driver followed up a day later with an email asking about our experience, and the company again followed up to see how everything went. I will definitely being using this company again for our future transportation needs in Florida.

Friendly, personal service. Quick to respond and keeps you informed when driver is on the way, and when they are there to pick you up. Renato was a great driver, friendly and informative. When we arrived in Orlando water and hand sanitizer was waiting for us in the car. Which was a nice touch since it was very hot outside! I will be using this service again when in Orlando.

Great transport service. We used Orlando Ultimate Town Car to get the six members of our party from the airport to the Disney resort area. Great communication before pick-up. Our plane landed early but sat waiting for awhile for a gate to open and our driver, Theo, was patient and pleasant despite the airline delay. Comfortable, clean car, plenty big enough for all of us and our luggage. Highly recommend!

Our driver Darrick was amazing!!! Extremely professional, but also entertaining and charming especially with the kids. Service was on time, vehicle was new, very clean, and enjoyable. Highly recommended. Great value and even better staff and service. If service and cleanliness is important to you, you're picking the right company. Ask for Eddie and Darrick!

Orlando Ultimate Town Car was the perfect option to get our family to the airport. Professional service with car seats! Our driver Eduardo was on time, very professional, and super friendly! The car was so clean and the ride was very comfortable. You can’t go wrong by choosing this service. They accommodated our last minute request with no problem! I would use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I hired this company to pick up my 14 year old from the airport in Orlando and drive him to Palm Bay an hour away. I was so very nervous. But they blew me away. Not only did the driver show up early way early. But he called and talked my son with directions the entire way to get him outside. The driver didn't complain or rush him. He guided him and was kind. I will use this service any and every time in the future. Amazing...
