We service any address in Florida, all attractions, cruise terminals and all transportation arrival destinations such as: Orlando International Airport, Port Canaveral, Sanford/Orlando International Airport, Orlando Executive Airport, Kissimmee Municipal Airport or Amtrak. We are also available for proms, weddings, birthdays or a special night out.

Our professionally dressed driver will meet you in baggage claim upon your arrival with a name sign. The driver will assist with your luggage and load curbside, and then safely transport you and your family to your destination. If your plans are delayed, cancelled or changed, we will attempt to track the flight to the best of our ability, and be waiting upon your arrival at the terminal. Weddings, Proms, Corporate Transportation Services

You will be taken in style to your destination in one of our luxury vehicles fleet. We offer a convenient 20-minute grocery stop (with round-trip transfers only) for any last-minute needs you may have at no additional cost. Our chauffeur will transfer you safely to your destination and then confirm your pickup time and date for your return.

All vehicles and drivers are permitted and authorized to conduct business in the greater Orlando area, including Orange and Osceola Counties, as well as Port Canaveral.

For your convenience, there is no need to prepay. Simply have a valid credit card to hold and secure the reservations. Cancellations can be made 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

  • RENTAL AGGREMENT:Please review for accuracy; it is your responsibility to notify Ultimate Town Car, LLC by calling (407) 844-3580 or 1-888-537-8882 of any discrepancies. Any changes to future bookings MUST be done by contacting the office at least 24 hours prior to any reservations such as re-schedule your pick up for any reason. We will try our best to re-schedule but we do not guarantee the availability. You will be charge FULL 1 Way if you fail to notify the company on your re-schedule. Changes reported to the driver will NOT be processed. Please be advised that you must cancel your reservation by calling the company Only 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick up. Your credit card will we process 48 hours prior your schedule pick up to prepaid for this reservation. you will be charged FULL 1-WAY if you fail to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior and/or fail to show up at your pre-schedule pick up time. If you do not see our driver at the airport or at your pick up location, you MUST call us immediately so we can locate the driver for you. DO NOT depart the airport if you are unable to find the driver. You will be charged FULL 1-WAY FARE if you fail to notify us over the phone. You must contact the office immediately if you are unable to locate our driver. We reserve the right to charge you waiting time and additional airport parking if your bags do not make it on the flight and you have to fill out paper work at the baggage claim. We WILL NOT charge you waiting time if your flight is delayed for any reason. However there is a grace time period after the landing time for the driver to be waiting at the airport at no additional cost of domestic flights 30minutes and international flights 60 minutes. Time is calculated base on the landing time. Every extra minute will be consider a waiting time and will be charge a dollar per minute. Additional $15 dollars will apply to international flights. You must call us immediately if you flight is cancelled or changed, failure to comply will result in FULL 1-WAY FARE charge for the vehicle reserved. Grocery stops can be added on all reservations on booking date, if needed on service date, we will charge $1.00 per minute. On your departure date you must be ready to depart at your pre schedule time. We will allow 10 minutes grace period, if at the expiration of 10 minutes free time, you fail to show up, you will be charge waiting time in addition to the fare you have already paid until the time you show up. The waiting time charges will be billed at $1 per minute. We will wait for up to 30 minutes maximum. If our driver has not located you within 30 minutes of the pre scheduled time and you have not made contact with our driver or the office, we may at our discretion instruct the driver to depart the property. If you call us 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup and if we have to send the driver back to your hotel then you will be charged additional depending on the location of your hotel. You must call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your pick up time. However if you fail to notify us of the changed pick up time, we may or may not be able to accommodate you, we will try in good faith to get a vehicle dispatched to you. 20% Standard gratuity it is not included on the fare and will added to the all trips with no exception. Ultimate Town Car, LLC is not responsible for any extra gratuities given to drivers because drivers will take them as extra gratuities for their excellent service. A $12.00 Late/early pickup surcharge will be added for pick ups with no exception between 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM Eastern time. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the interior or the exterior of the vehicle during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party if the damage is a direct result of negligence on your part or your guests. We will impose a minimum of $100.00 cleaning charge if excessive trash is left inside the vehicle. Sanitation fee is 200.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law and will result in a minimum charge of $200.00, any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Spillage of any liquid products inside the vehicle which requires the carpets or the seats to be professionally cleaned will result in a minimum charge of $100.00. Vomiting inside the vehicle will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $200.00. Due to flight delays or mechanical breakdowns, there is a slight chance that you might be transported in a vehicle other than the one you reserved, in that case, if the new charge is less than the original charge, we will refund the difference. If your flight its more thatn 2 hours delay, there is a re-schedule fee of $35.00 on the reservation.Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. Vehicles can not be loaded beyond seating capacity.
