What Events Are Good for a Limo?

Many events lend themselves to hiring a chauffeured limousine including nights-on-the-town, weddings, sporting events, concerts, graduations, proms and bachelor/bachelorette parties. However, it is our belief that most any event can be made special with the addition of a limo. In general, if you want to enjoy the company of friends, not have to worry about the stresses of driving – whether from traffic or unfamiliar destinations, travel with a larger group, party responsibly or avoid the hassles of parking then you should look to hire a limousine for your event.


What Does the Service Entail?

While the nature of some services are event specific, the general details of special event chauffeured ground transportation are the same: we provide a luxury vehicle, chauffeured by a trained professional who will expertly navigate you throughout the course of your event.


What to Expect

Prior to your event, you will need to make a reservation for service. One of our skilled dispatchers will walk you through the details we need to flawlessly execute your special event. Information you should expect to have ready at the time of booking include the date of your outing, type of special event, number of passengers, desired pick-up and drop-off times and locations along with any special requests. In turn, we will prepare a detailed reservation which will be sent over for your review.

On the day or night of your event, a professionally-trained and formally-attired chauffeur will be assigned to your vehicle for the evening. In general, you can expect that your ride will arrive approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This extra time affords you and your guests the opportunity to get comfortably seated in the vehicle and have our chauffeur familiarize you with any of the amenities at your disposal. From there, it is time for you to sit back and enjoy the company of your group as you are delivered to your scheduled destination of choice. Upon arrival, the chauffeur will help you and your fellow passengers exit the vehicle and re-confirm your desired time for pick-up. While you enjoy your special event, your chauffeur will take an opportunity to refresh the vehicle and arrive a few minutes in advance of the time you requested. From there, you will either be routed to subsequent destinations or delivered to the final destination.

At the end of the event, the chauffeur will ensure that all passengers are escorted from the vehicle and will do a final walk-through of the limousine to ensure nothing has been left behind. After this, we encourage you to plan for your next special event that will require chauffeured ground transportation.

We are often asked about the number of passengers our vehicles can accommodate. In general, the number of people that we are able to accommodate is solely dependent on the vehicle hired for your outing. Our recommendations are as follows:
